Parents, these are the kids of people we have one staff. . . .
Yesterday I saw on Facebook that someone in town was asking for help. So, I told her that I'd send five of our guys over to help. They went today and this was the message I got from here after they left:
Hi Jamie Jo,
Your Kivu guys rocked at Nancy's house. They were so polite, caring, helpful, and genuinely amazing young men! Then the best part was that they thanked me for connecting them to the community and allowing them to provide service. I have never met young people like that before and I have been a high school teacher for over twenty years... I am so impressed..
Thank you for sending the guys; they were awesome!
Wow. That is humbling and exciting! We have wonderful people on our staff! Your kids are in great hands!
