Last night was Girl's Night here at camp Kivu, but it was no ordinary evening! For the first time in Kivu history the girls got to go into town to the movies! It was the premiere of Twilight: Eclipse and the 8:00 showing was dominated by the Kivu women! We had an absolute blast!!
I got to drive the Summit (the oldest cabin) into town separately and we sang and laughed the entire way. The biggest topic of conversation was of course: Team Jacob or Team Edward?
A special shout out to Andy and Jamie Jo for planning the evening. It was epic.
this is totally awesome. i love how kivu exemplifies being in the world but not of it. way to go. bet ya'll had a blast.
