The other night we had our annual Neighborhood Picnic for the folks who live close to KIVU. It was an unbelievable time of fellowship. We love being part of a community of people who understand what we're doing down here, and with all their love and support, it's just amazing!
Every year after our neighbors come, we throw an Old Fashioned Barn Dance in a real live barn built in the 1800's. The staff have a great time dancing, and just unwinding after a long week full of work.
As I sat back and took the social, physical, and spiritual temperature of our staff, I am more convinced than ever; 2011 is going to be the BEST SUMMER @CampKIVU yet!
