Yesterday one of the funnest groups of campers EVER headed up to the beautiful Cascade Canyon to go rock climbing. Nestled back into the mountains near Durango Mountain lies a gorgeous series of waterfalls with some awesome cliffs for climbing all around. On our way there we stopped to eat lunch at Baker's Bridge (FYI: part of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was filmed there).
We had a few expert climbers and some of the campers even got to jump off the waterfall! It was an experience I don't thing any of us will ever forget. Hadley said she could "sense God in the beauty of the place." It
was spectacular. What an awesome thing to be able to play in one of the most beautiful places on earth with God's children.
