Week 2 begins!

Week 2 is officially underway, and it has not disappointed. We had a great day of trips and an even better cruise ship party tonight. It's been really cool to see relationships develop over this past week. I've been able to get to know previous campers better and have gotten to meet and get to know a bunch of new kids too. Developing meaningful relationships is a big part of what Kivu is all about and it's been really fun to see that take place in such a short amount of time.

I lead the mountain biking trips here at Kivu and it's always fun when we have campers that sign up to come several times. This term there are three guys who've signed up for mountain biking multiple times. It's been a blast to be able to be able to ride three times now with the Swan brothers; Jackson and Austin, plus Chris Nicol. Being able to ride the great trails of Durango with those three days has been my favorite part of this term and I'm excited to ride even more!
